Sweet, salty and smooth, whipped feta dip with cream cheese, herbs, and honey is such a great appetizer dip! Dips shouldn’t be complicated and this one definitely isn’t. It’s nothing but feta, cream cheese and olive oil blended up. What comes out of this combination is something truly special. This recipe is maybe the quickest thing to make for a party, just toss everything into a food processor and you’re done. Make it ahead of time and drizzle on the honey when you’re guests arrive.

  • Whip it good! Use a food processor to get the smoothest dip.

  • If you are lucky enough to have any leftovers of this dip then it’s easy to store for later. Just put it in an airtight container in your fridge. It will last about 4-5 days. What you’ll need:

  • Feta cheese: You can used crumbled or a block!
  • Cream cheese: Take it out 20 minutes before and the dip will come out SO smooth!  
  • Garlic cloves: If you don’t have fresh cloveds then you can use garlic powder.
  • Olive oil: This helps blend everything together and add a creaminess.
  • Freshly cracked pepper: Black pepper with honey and cheese is the ultimate combination.
  • Fresh herbs: Thyme, Chives, and/or Oregano flavor the feta and cream cheese beautifully, you can use fresh or dried.

Serves: 4-6
  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • 4 oz. cream cheese; softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon fresh herbs; thyme & oregano 
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoon crushed pistachio
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  1. In a food processor: mix together the feta, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic cloves, honey, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Start by pulsing together and then blend until smooth; taste for salt and adjust if needed.
  3. Dallop the whipped feta into a plate and make a well in the middle. Pour in the honey and garnish with pistachio, fresh herbs, and cracked pepper.
  4. Serve with warm pita or crudités.
