I’m Nisha, the voice, cook, and storyteller behind this space. A mom, wife, believer, & writer, I like to think of myself as a Global Desi: rooted in Indian traditions yet inspired by the world around me. Here, you’ll find the flavors & stories that make up my world: family recipes passed down through generations, reflections on motherhood, the beauty of Indian culture, & all the everyday mirch masala that makes life vibrant.
