Ingredients
  • 1 cup mooli / daikon radish; grated
  • ½ cup carrots; grated
  • ¼ cup tomatoes; chopped
  • 1 green chili; finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro; chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon kala namak / black salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Method
  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients and serve.
  2. If making ahead of time grate and chop vegetables and store in an airtight container, dress with lemon juice, salt and spices at the time of serving.
