COOKING LEMON GARLIC WINGS

If you’re grilling, start with low, indirect heat and place them skin-side up. Close the lid and leave them for 10 to 15 minutes. Once the skin has rendered, open the grill and grill the wings over high heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and just slightly charred.

If you’re using an air fryer, spread the wings evenly in the basket without having them overlap and cook in the air fryer on high heat for 10 minutes. Then, flip with tongs and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Take the wings out of the air fryer and place them in a bowl of sauce and toss the wings until they’re completely coated. Place the wings back in the air fryer for an additional 4 minutes so the sauce cooks into your wings. This also helps get them extra crispy.
