Cilantro Chutney Aioli Ingredients
- Cilantro Chutney: any style of Indian Cilantro Mint chutney will do, homemade or store bought.
- Mayonnaise: use regular or vegan mayonnaise
- Sour cream: I like to use this for a light creamy finish, you can also use Greek yogurt
- Lemon juice: to give it a bright finish
How to Make Cilantro Chutney Aioli
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl of your choice and whisk until completely combined.
- Serve with any meal for a fun condiment
How To Store It
Dairy-based dips should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Assuming they’re stored this way, they should keep for 3 to 4 days.
Can You Freeze It
No. Since this is a dairy-based sauce it won’t freeze will. After thawing the texture would be unappealing.
How To Make It Vegan
To make it vegan, you’ll need to swap the mayonnaise for plant based mayonnaise and replace the sour cream with vegan sour cream.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup cilantro chutney, homemade or store bought
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Method
- Mix the chutney, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice tighter until fully combined.
- Serve as a dip.
