Making Instant Paneer Tikka

To make Tandoori Paneer Tikka I like to use onions, zucchini, and bell peppers along with cubes of paneer. You could even add in bite sizes pieces of broccoli, mushrooms, and cauliflower. Cut everything into uniform one inch cubes and toss with oil, spices, tandoori masala, and kasoori methi. Give everything a really good toss and cook in a pre heated air-fryer, mixing it halfway through. What you’ll end up with are slightly charred Tandoori Paneer Tikka pieces that are creamy soft on the inside along with vegetables that still have a bite! Garnish with chaat masala, squeezes of lemon, and cilantro.
