There is seriously nothing like tomatoes fresh from the garden! If you know, you know! I highly recommend using either garden tomatoes or tomatoes from a farmer’s market. May favorite are plum tomatoes as they have fewer seed cavities than other types of tomatoes. Heartier tomatoes create a better textured, less watery salsa.
