Here are three reasons why you should make this spritzer mocktail:
- It’s quick. All it takes are a few easy steps and you’ll be sipping on a delicious beverage in less than 15 minutes!
- It’s delicious. The crispy flavor of the apple cider, refresihing ginger beer, and cinnamon sugar is just wonderful.
- You can prep it in batches. Mix together everything in a pitcher, skip the rim and put out a cinnamon sugar shaker instead to top drinks with! It’s perfect for large gatherings.
Apple Pie Spritzer Ingredients you need:
- Apple Cider: I use the Martinelli’s brand, which is essentially juice, just make sure to use any 100% apple juice.
- Ginger Beer: My favorite brand of ginger beer is Gosling as it has the ideal balance of sweetness and spiciness.
- Star Anise: Theres only a hint of the sweet-licorice-peppery flavor of this spice in this drink but it pairs so well with the Apple and ginger.
- Cinnamon Sugar: Mix together cinnamon and sugar for the most holiday flavors to rim your glasses with. It’s like an Apple pie in a glass!
- Lemon: A squeeze of fresh lemon brightens everything up and balances out the sweetness of the drink.
