Supporting the Cause: Helping Hurricane Sandy Victims

Hello my dears,

As you all know, Super-Storm Sandy had an immense impact on the tri-state area, especially in New Jersey. Volunteers and help efforts are rampant as the state tries to resume normalcy and build back. To contribute to these efforts, The Food Experiments is hosting  “The Jersey Relief Experiment”,  a cook-off to benefit the Rebuild Hoboken Relief Fund. They are donating 100% of the ticket proceeds to this worthy charity.  The cook-off will take place Sunday, December 2, from noon to 3 p.m at Maxwell’s in Hoboken.

.
Why am I telling you this? Because yours truly will be participating in this cook-off! I’m so excited to be part this great cause and to take part in my very first cook-off!, The cook-off will be judged by a panel and YOU! If you can, I would love for you to drop by, taste all of the wonderful samples, and get your beer on, courtesy Brooklyn Brewery. Tickets are $15, and 100% of that will be donated to the Rebuild Hoboken Relief Fund. I’ve listed the details below, so mark your calendars!
