Ingredients
  • 15 oz Ricotta, whole milk OR 1½ cup fresh crumbled paneer
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 2 teaspoon Rainbow sprinkles
Method
  1. In a non-stick pan and add ricotta cheese and condensed milk and mix well.
  2. On medium low heat, cook for 20-25 minutes, while frequently mixing until the mixture starts to resemble a soft dough.
  3. Add in the cardamom powder and mix well before turning off heat.
  4. In an 8x8 inch dish greased with ghee or melted butter add half the hot mixture and spread with a spatula.
  5. Layer one teaspoon of the sprinkles before adding the final layer of the mixture.
  6. Top with remaining sprinkles.
  7. Once cooled to room temperature, transfer to the refrigerator for an hour before cutting into desired shapes and serving.
