Beet Mint Lassi

- 3 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon beet purée
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon salt; adjust to taste
- 1 cup crushed ice
- If using a blender, add required ingredients and mix until frothy.
- If mixing by hand, add all ingredients to a large mason jar, tightly close lid and shake until all ingredients are mixed together.
- Serve lassi chilled and garnish with mint.
