Mehndi Aftercare Tips
– Once the paste hardens, a mixture of lemon juice and sugar is applied to the design to make the paste stick on for longer.
– Leave the henna on the skin, the longer it’s in contact with your skin, the better it is.
– Gently remove it off with a business card, credit card or by rubbing your hands.
– Avoid water for upto 6-8 hours. The fresh stain is orange and slowly turns deep red depending on the quality of Mehndi and how long you avoid contact with water.
-Moisturize it daily.
-The stain will start to fade in 6-8 days.
